  • We are pleased to offer a new opportunity of outreach as New Covenant serves and reaches out to the many living facilities in The Villages and the surrounding areas. We hope that you will be excited about this opportunity to join in serving the many residents who live in these local living facilities. We will strive to provide a meaningful mini worship service to the residents. If you have the gift of music, prayer, or sharing a devotion, this may be the perfect fit for you. Our hope is to build meaningful relationships with the residents as we offer the love of Jesus Christ.

If you have any questions, please contact Donna Hendren.

  • Good Grief is a six-week, Christ-centered support group offered in the spring and the fall with discussions drawn from topics presented in a workbook. As we fellowship together, we offer support and comfort through your journey of grief. Two caring and supportive facilitators — who have walked the same path — will guide you along your journey.

Registration is required. There is no cost for the class, but if you want to purchase the workbook, it is $20. Space is limited.

If you have any questions, please contact Sharon Weimert.

  • Grief Share is a 13-week help and support group for people dealing with the loss of a loved one. Each session begins with a helpful 35-40 minute video followed by discussion. You are not required to speak during the support session of the program. You can get help just by listening to others. You will be among others who are also grieving the loss of a loved one. The group is led mostly by those who have experienced grief and have successfully rebuilt their lives. They understand how you feel because they've been in the same place. Registration is required!

    Cost: $20

Our group is for parents (and/or grandparents) who are estranged from their children or who have children of any age ( teen or adult ) who struggle with mental health issues, self-harm, eating disorders, substance use, gender confusion, pornography, suicidal thoughts and more. We will cover subjects including but not limited to grief and loss, enabling, coping with fear, anger, hope, worry and anxiety, self-care and more. We will hear from other parents who have traveled this road before. We will empower each other to set healthy boundaries for ourselves, our families, and for our children. Our goal is to show parents that they can walk alongside their children, love them well and move from a place of barely surviving to thriving.
