Night to Shine
The Tim Tebow Foundation has a deep passion for celebrating and supporting individuals with special needs. In 2014, the Foundation launched Night to Shine with a simple but powerful vision: to partner with churches across the country to create an unforgettable prom experience centered on God’s love for every honored guest.
What began as a single night of celebration has grown into a worldwide movement. Through hundreds of churches and thousands of volunteers, Night to Shine now reaches communities around the globe, honoring people with special needs, affirming the God-given value of every life, and shining the light of Christ in a joyful, unforgettable way.
New Covenant United Methodist Church is thrilled to host Night to Shine again in 2027 for the fourth year, and we cannot wait to celebrate YOU! It’s a night for our guests to shine, for churches to shine, for volunteers to shine, and most importantly, for Christ to shine.

Honored Guests
We had so much fun last year, and we are beyond excited to bring this incredible event back to our community!
The joy and smiles that filled our church campus last year were nothing short of amazing, and we can’t wait to see what this year has in store.
Honored Guest Registration will open Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
Volunteers
The Volunteer General Information Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 28 at 5 PM on the campus of New Covenant United Methodist Church in the Christian Life Center.
This meeting will review all volunteer roles, discuss logistics, and provide an opportunity to meet committee leaders and ask questions. There is no need to register for this meeting.
Volunteer Registration will open on Thursday, October 29, 2026.

Prom Boutique
Get ready for one of the most magical parts of Night to Shine! Our Prom Boutique will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2027 from 10 AM–2 PM, and we cannot wait to help your Honored Guest find the perfect formal wear for their big night.
When you complete registration, you’ll be asked whether your Honored Guest would like to participate in the Prom Boutique. If so, we’ll also collect their formal wear size so our seamstresses and boutique team can prepare a wonderful experience.
If your guest signs up for the Prom Boutique, we’ll send their personal appointment time directly to the email provided on your registration form. It’s going to be a joyful, confidence‑building day…full of smiles, sparkle, and celebration!

Caregiver/Respite Room
During Night to Shine, while our Honored Guests enjoy all the excitement of the evening with their Prom Buddy, we are delighted to offer caregivers a beautiful space designed just for them. Our Respite Room is a place to breathe, relax, and be cared for. You’ll enjoy a sit‑down meal, uplifting entertainment, and a peaceful environment created with you in mind.
This year, we are thrilled to welcome two caregivers per guest. You’ll be able to indicate this on your Honored Guest’s registration form.
Night to Shine is a celebration for our guests, and it is also a moment to honor the incredible caregivers who support them every day. We can’t wait to bless you with a night of rest, joy, and appreciation.

Salon Experience
We are thrilled to share that Main Street Hair Studio in Wildwood (9813 US‑301 N) will be styling our Honored Guests again this year! Their team brings so much joy, talent, and heart to Night to Shine, and we are incredibly grateful for their continued partnership.
When you complete registration, you’ll be able to let us know if your guest would like to participate and which service they prefer: Hair & Makeup, Just Hair, Just Makeup, Man’s Trim, or None. This helps our salon team prepare for a smooth, fun, and personalized experience.
To keep everything organized, please do not contact the salon directly. We will send your guest’s official appointment time near the end of January to the email listed on your registration form.
